Your installation engineer can check your PV system is assembled, installed or operating correctly. Installation and operating instructions can be found by selecting a certain PV product under Solar product groups.
Within the first 2 years after purchasing a Bosch product you have two options: You can claim either on your vendor‘s warranty or on your manufacturer‘s warranty (from Bosch). After these 2 years have elapsed, the Bosch manufacturerer‘s warranty is still valid in accordance with the warranty conditions applicable when the product was purchased Warranty Conditions.
You wish to claim on your Bosch manufacturer‘s warranty, please proceed as follows:
1. Please provide a filled Claim form
2. Please provide significant pictures of the defect for every single module. Image file should be named in accordance with the serial number of the defective module Find the serial number (PDF)?
3. Please provide a total view of the PV system showing the defective module position and installation on site.
4. If applicable, in cases of a module power loss or malfunction, please provide measurement results or I-V curves of the bypass diodes.
